A walk through natural forest to invigorate your spirit
Service Description
The Japanese have been studying 'rainforest therapy' for a while now, and discovered what we all innately know.... that walking out in nature clears our mind and lifts our spirits! More specifically, what's been discovered relating to mood disorders and mental health is that walking in the forest or rainforest for 30minutes a few times a week reduces almost entirely the feelings of depression. This walk is in the beautiful Currumbin Valley, and enables us to gain physical strength, cardiovascular fitness, and improvements in brain health. 30-45minutes, including areas of flat and hills and trails. The walk will be different most days.
